CNAP is a center for the provision of administrative services, a local-level institution where citizens and organizations can receive a wide range of state and municipal services in comfortable conditions. CNAPs are established by local councils and local state administrations and provide services related to registration, document issuance, social assistance, and other administrative matters. The network of CNAPs is constantly expanding in Ukrainian cities and regions, including the implementation of electronic queues and mobile offices to improve service accessibility.
