In the annexed Sevastopol, the occupation authorities have once again increased one-time payments for signing contracts with the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to Krym.Realii, the decision was made on April 10 at a meeting of the city's government controlled by the Russian Federation. The new amounts will take effect on April 13.
According to the updated terms:
- For those who sign a contract for a period of one year or more to serve in unmanned systems units or the reserve, the payment will increase from 900 thousand to 1.5 million rubles;
- for other contractors - from 700 thousand to 1 million rubles.
The so-called governor of the city , Mikhail Razvozhayev, explained that the increase is due to the need for staff units, including those working with drones.
It is worth noting that this is not the first increase in payments - earlier, in February, the amount was increased to 900 thousand rubles.
At the same time, according to journalists of the Krym.Realii project, funerals for Russian soldiers who died in the war against Ukraine take place on the peninsula almost every day.
According to their calculations, the number of identified dead Crimeans who fought on the side of Russia has already exceeded 1800 people. This list includes both the recently killed and those who were identified later, in particular, based on the results of DNA examinations.
Earlier, Intent wrote that in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Russian occupiers organized a ten-day military training for children and teenagers, where they were taught to shoot, fly attack drones and undergo paratrooper training.
The event was organized by the Krympatriot Center, controlled by the occupation administration, and the Russian military movement Unarmia. According to the organizers, the purpose of such camps is to prepare young people for service in the army of the aggressor country.
The juvenile prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office have already served notices of suspicion to eight Ukrainian citizens who, as part of an organized group, ensured the functioning of the Yunarmiya in the temporarily occupied territories.
