In the Kherson region, the occupiers killed three people and wounded 10

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked more than 40 settlements in the Kherson region. Three people were killed and ten others were wounded as a result of the shelling and drone attacks.
This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Kherson, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Beryslav, Velyka Oleksandrivka, and dozens of other settlements in the region came under Russian air, artillery, and drone attacks.
According to the Regional State Administration, the occupiers targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods. Three high-rise buildings and eight private homes, a cultural facility, and private vehicles were damaged.
Later, Oleksandr Prokudin reported that two seriously wounded residents of Kherson had died in the hospital. An 89-year-old woman was wounded the day before during an attack in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, and a 58-year-old man was injured on July 25 as a result of heavy shelling in the Korabelnyi district. Medical staff fought to save their lives until the very end, but were unable to save them.
In addition, according to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, at approximately 4:30 a.m. on July 28, Russian troops carried out an artillery strike on Kherson. A 61-year-old man who was on the street at the time of the strike was killed in the attack.
Law enforcement authorities have launched pre-trial investigations into the Russian attacks under the article on war crimes.
Also, over the past day, four people were evacuated from liberated communities in the Kherson region.
Recently, on July 26, shelling damaged an educational institution, as well as six private homes and 13 high-rise buildings, civilian vehicles and an ambulance, a non-residential building, and a cell tower.
