In Ochakiv, more than 110 residents were left without gas due to shelling

In Ochakiv, in the Mykolaiv region, gas networks were damaged as a result of Russian shelling. As a result, more than 110 residents were temporarily left without gas service.
This was reported by the Mykolaiv branch of the company “Gazmeretzi.”
Specialists are currently working to repair the damage and restore gas service. They promise to provide further updates on the restoration of service.
“Gazmereti” reminded residents that if there is no gas in the home, they must shut off the valves in front of gas appliances.
Recently, the occupiers attacked Mykolaiv with“Banderole” drones, targeting energy and industrial infrastructure. A 64-year-old man was killed.
Also, on October 9, Russian troops attacked the Halytsynivska community with FPV drones. In the village of Lymani, a private home and a retail establishment were damaged. No one was injured.
Prior to this, the Mykolaiv region had also endured attacks by Russian Shahed and “Molniya” drones. As a result of a strike on the village of Novokyivka, two children —aged three months and one year—were injured.
The occupiers had also attacked the region in the preceding days. Specifically, on October 7, the Pervomaiskyi District came under fire, where a 63-year-old woman was injured.
In addition, private homes, cars, and a retail establishment were damaged. The day before, an FPV drone attacked a civilian vehicle in the village of Dmytrivka—a man and a woman were injured.
