In Crimea, a railway bridge, a reconnaissance post, and an enemy aircraft were struck

On September 6 and during the night of September 7, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of strikes against key military targets of the Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Military logistics and intelligence facilities, as well as an enemy aircraft, were hit.
The most prominent target was a railway bridge across the North Crimean Canal near Vladyslavivka. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops use the bridge for military logistics.
Thus, striking this facility could be significant for the supply of the occupying forces, as the railroad is one of the key means of transporting military cargo, equipment, and ammunition. At the same time, the General Staff has not yet reported how severe the damage to the bridge is or whether it has affected rail traffic.
Another target in Crimea was the “Grenadier” automated reconnaissance post in Perekop. It was also struck by Ukrainian units.
In addition, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported a separate operation last night. The GUR stated that operators from the Department of Active Operations of the GUR struck an enemy aircraft on the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula.
Intelligence officials called this a “gift for Ukraine’s Military Intelligence Day,” which is observed on September 7. At the same time, the Main Intelligence Directorate noted that the extent of the damage to the aircraft is currently being assessed.
But the strikes did not occur only on the peninsula.
According to the General Staff, command posts of Russian military units were struck in Nyzhniy Naholchyk and Dovzhansk in Luhansk Oblast, as well as in Azov in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
In addition, Ukrainian forces struck an ammunition depot belonging to the occupying forces in the Teplyi area of Luhansk Oblast.
The General Staff emphasized that the extent of the damage inflicted on the enemy is being assessed.
