A candidate with a yacht was found for the supervisory board of "Mykolaivvodokanal"

Dmytro Novytskyi, president of the Ukrainian Association of Water Supply and Sewerage Enterprises “Ukrvodokanalekologiya,” was nominated to join the supervisory board of the municipal enterprise “Mykolaivvodokanal.”
The corresponding order from the mayor of Mykolaiv is dated September 18, 2026.
Novitsky was nominated to the supervisory board following Anna Montavon’s September 10 statement regarding the termination of her powers. The Department of Municipal Services is to prepare a draft resolution of the city council regarding the early termination of her term of office and the corresponding changes to the composition of the supervisory board of “Mykolaivvodokanal.”
According to Novytskyi’s 2025 financial disclosure statement, his registered place of residence is Kyiv, and his place of employment is listed as Lvivvodokanal Municipal Utility Company, where he serves as a member of the supervisory board. The declaration states that he is an official of a legal entity under public law and a member of the supervisory board.
Among his personal property, Novytskyi declares a 1975 tourist catamaran yacht. He acquired ownership of it on June 11, 2007. The value is not specified in the declaration.
His wife, Svitlana Novytska, owns a 2025 Mazda CX-5. The car was purchased on July 18, 2025; its value as of the date of acquisition is listed as 1,732,000 hryvnias.
The family’s real estate holdings include a 43.6-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, which Novytskyi and his wife use free of charge, though another citizen is listed as the owner. His wife also declares land plots measuring 2,143 and 930 square meters in the Kyiv region, a 1,000-square-meter plot in Vyshhorod, and a 46.4-square-meter non-residential space in Bilohorodka valued at 280,500 hryvnias.
Novitsky also declared a 20% stake in CJSC “ASDU KYIVTRANS” valued at 7,500 hryvnias. In addition, he holds shares in this company, as well as shares in the American companies Array Technologies and Rocket Lab USA.
For 2025, Novitsky declared 3,099,953 hryvnias in salary from “Kyivvodokanal,” 498,000 hryvnias in fees and other payments from “Lvivvodokanal,” as well as 233,815 hryvnias in pension benefits.
His wife received 357,300 hryvnias in salary, 783,081 hryvnias from the sale of real estate, 909,700 hryvnias from the sale of personal property, and 233,815 hryvnias in pension benefits.
The declaration also lists $60,000 in his wife’s account and 405,739 hryvnias in Novitsky’s account.
It should be noted that members of the relevant committee did not approve the dismissal of Hanna Montavon and wish to hear an explanation from Montavon herself.
