In Pervomaisk, the building of the former Dolphin kindergarten will be converted into a center for victims of domestic and gender-based violence.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro.

The cost of the work will amount to 14 million. The project involves a complete reconstruction of the building, including construction work, replacement of all communications - heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage and power grids. The building will also be equipped with modern equipment, a fire alarm system, a warning system and video surveillance.

The tender has been announced by the Pervomaiskyi Center for Social Services, with bids accepted until August 30 and the auction scheduled for September 1. The contractor must complete all work by February 24, 2026. The warranty for the work will be 10 years.

Currently, there is already a similar center in the city. The space is equipped with sleeping rooms for 17 people: 12 adults and 5 children. In addition, the shelter has three bathrooms, one of which is equipped for people with disabilities. For household needs, residents can use washing machines, dryers and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. There is also a separate recreation room with play areas for children.

Denmark will restore a Mykolaiv kindergarten damaged by shelling. Thanks to the help of parents and staff, the area was quickly cleaned up and the children were able to return to classes. However, the building needed urgent repairs. With the support of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Danish Refugee Council, some windows and doors are being replaced and the roof is being repaired. Today, about 100 children attend the kindergarten every day.
