Mykolaiv has made changes to the distribution of humanitarian aid received from Heino von Kracht as part of the Solar Resilience Kits for Ukraine project. The decision updates the list of equipment and identifies recipients of assistance among utilities and city structures.
This is evidenced by the decision of the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council.
According to the new version, the Mykolaiv city community received lithium batteries, solar panels, and hybrid inverters to provide utilities consumers with power.
In particular:
- NSFE100P10 lithium batteries - a total of 30 units: 22 batteries for Mykolaivoblteploenergo for UAH 358,669 and 8 units for the Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council for UAH 130,425.
- Monocrystalline solar panels MSD500M-132 - 120 units: 88 panels for Mykolaivoblteploenergo for UAH 334,510 and 32 panels for the City Council for UAH 121,640.
- Hybrid inverters "Solar inverter" model HFP23224 - 31 units: 22 inverters for Mykolaivoblteploenergo for UAH 105,928, 8 for the City Council for UAH 38,519, and one for the Department of Energy, Energy Saving and Innovative Technologies of the City Council for UAH 4,814.
The total cost of the equipment is over UAH 1 million. As stated in the decision, the equipment is to be used for the stable supply of heat energy, hot water, centralized water supply, sewage and household waste management.
The Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council also approved the investment program of Mykolaivoblteploenergo for the next year. The decision opens up an opportunity for the company to raise funding to modernize the heating infrastructure and ensure stable heat supply in the city.
According to the program, about UAH 18 million will be spent on technical re-equipment and installation of a previously purchased boiler house, and over UAH 9 million will be spent on reconstruction of heating networks on Dniprovska Street.
