Residents of Voznesensk district will be able to receive 5 thousand dollars for their own business

Local residents of vulnerable categories and internally displaced persons in the Voznesensk district of Mykolaiv region have been given the opportunity to attract financial assistance to restore their lost businesses or start their own businesses.
This was reported by the South Ukrainian City Council.
This support is provided under the BLOOM (Building Livelihoods and Opportunities for Optimized Markets) program, which is being implemented by the Free People's Employment Center.
The amount of direct financial assistance can range from $1,000 to $5,000 in UAH equivalent. The final amount depends on the type of business, its financial needs and the participant's capabilities. The funds can be used to cover the costs associated with the purchase of equipment, materials, or goods necessary for running a microbusiness. The project is also open to members of farm households in the Voznesensk district who plan to increase their income.
The key selection criterion is belonging to communities that face social or economic barriers: these can include households affected by war, people with disabilities, veterans, low-income, large families, women heads of households, and ethnic communities. Other requirements include a clear justification of the need for assistance, as well as the viability and realism of the business idea and the participant's understanding of their market.
Applications for financial assistance will be accepted in two waves, with the deadline for the first wave being November 30, 2025. To participate, you need to register and fill out the appropriate application form.
