10 modern ASCs with electronic queue opened in Mykolaiv region

In 2024, several new ASCs were opened in Mykolaiv region in communities and in Mykolaiv, and a total of 10 centers are already operating with an electronic queue. In total, it is planned to create at least six more new units.
This was announced by Dmytro Havryliak, head of the digital development department of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.
According to him, Mykolaiv region ranked first in Ukraine in terms of verification of addresses in the Unified State Register, ahead of Kherson region by more than 2%. Digitalization work continues with the support of partners and donors, including the Swedish Polaris program and UNDP.
At the same time, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine's 2024 regional digitalization ranking, Mykolaiv region ranked almost at the bottom in terms of digital transformation.
Maryna Mazur, Deputy Head of the Department, spoke about the digital transformation index of the regions. In the second quarter of 2024, Mykolaiv region reached 36 points, which is 13 points more than in the previous quarter. According to her, the growth occurred in the areas of the digital economy, infrastructure, public services, and the digitalization of territorial communities.
Another area of growth was the creation of a "blackout internet map" that allows assessing internet accessibility during blackouts and applying for coverage improvements.
In addition, in 2024, two modular ASCs were opened in the Bashtanka and Snihurivka communities, new units are operating in the Kobliv community, and two territorial units are operating in Mykolaiv. In total, it is planned to establish at least six new ASCs. In addition, 10 ASCswith an electronic queue have been introduced in Mykolaiv region.
At the same time, the transparency of local councils in the South of Ukraine remains low: only Mykolaiv district council publishes all its resolutions in full. Other councils only partially fulfill this requirement, which indicates a lack of a systematic approach to ensuring openness and public access to information.
