Arbitration administrator Tetyana Kolmykova has put the assets of the limited liability company "Ukrbudspetstekh"—specifically, the "Novy Pryvoz" shopping center—up for auction.
The corresponding announcement was published on the Pozoro.Prodaži platform.
The property consists of non-residential premises within the shopping complex, comprising non-residential spaces on the first through fifth floors and the technical floor, with a total area of 23,361.7 square meters, located at 25 Panteleymonivska Street, Odesa.
The premises were previously mortgaged to the National Bank to secure the fulfillment of PJSC “Imexbank’s” obligations under a refinancing loan agreement concluded with the National Bank on November 26, 2009. "Imexbank" was subsequently declared insolvent.
According to the YouControl service, Ukrbudspetstekh LLC was registered in 2002; its founders included PJSC “FC Chornomorets” and the owner of the bankrupt “Imexbank,” former People’s Deputy Leonid Klimov.
According to the auction documentation, the shopping center is managed by the company “Nova-Khvylia” under an agreement signed in 2014. In addition, the complex has a current tenant—the company “Business Management Group,” whose ultimate beneficiary is Leonid Klimov through members of his family: his eldest daughter, Daria Kryzhanivska, and her husband, Oleksandr.
In June, the arbitration administrator attempted to sell 49,210 shares of the private joint-stock company “Football Club Chornomorets,” which also belonged to “Ukrbudspetstekh” LLC, but both attempts failed. Initially, the shares were listed at 39,368,000 hryvnias, and then at 29,526,000.
