The auction of assets belonging to the limited liability company "Ukrbudspetstech," specifically the "Novy Pryvoz" shopping center, did not take place due to a lack of bidders.
This information was published on the Pozoro.Prodaži platform.
The auction was scheduled for July 27, 2026.
The property scheduled for sale included non-residential spaces on five floors and the technical floor of the shopping complex, with a total area of 23, 361.7 square meters, located at 25 Panteleymonivska St., Odesa. The property was put up for auction by the LLC’s bankruptcy administrator, Tetyana Kolmykova,in accordance with the requirements of bankruptcy law.
We previously reported that the premises had been mortgaged to the National Bank to secure the fulfillment of PJSC “Imexbank’s” obligations under a refinancing loan agreement concluded with the National Bank on November 26, 2009. “Imexbank” was subsequently declared insolvent.
Previously, the water utility in the Mykolaiv region rejected lower bids and selected a contractor to whom it will pay 16,608,200 hryvnias. Three limited liability companies participated in the auction: “Scientific and Production Enterprise ‘SVL,’” “Voltenerji,” “TOP Fire,” the private enterprise “SK-Podillia,” and the “Dniprotechnika” Corporation. "TOP Fire" LLC was selected as the winner, while the others were rejected for failing to meet the technical specifications and other requirements.
