A stake in the "Chornomorets" soccer club has been put up for sale in Odesa. This is not the first attempt to sell this stake.

The corresponding announcement was published on the “Prozorro.Sales” platform.

The offering consists of 49,210 common registered shares, representing 8.2016% of the club’s authorized capital. Their par value is 49 million 210 thousand hryvnias.

The par value of one share is 1,000 hryvnias. The sale will be conducted with the participation of the financial company “Korner” from Kharkiv. AB “Pivdenny” has been designated as the depositary institution.

A separate lot put up for sale consists of the stake held by “Ukrbudspetstekh” LLC in the authorized capital of “Avensis” LLC. Its par value is 6 million hryvnias, which corresponds to 7.16% of the company’s authorized capital.

Thus, the total nominal value of the assets in the two lots is 55 million 210 thousand hryvnias.

The sale is taking place as part of the bankruptcy proceedings against “Ukrbudspetstech” LLC. The company is linked to Leonid Klimov, a former member of parliament and former owner of “Imexbank” and FC “Chornomorets.”

After “Imexbank” was declared insolvent in 2015, legal and bankruptcy proceedings began against companies associated with its former business group. As part of these proceedings, the "Chornomorets" stadium, shares in the soccer club, commercial real estate, and other assets were put up for sale in various years.

The “Novyi Pryvoz” shopping center is also being sold as part of this same bankruptcy proceeding.

This is not the first attempt to sell a block of 49,210 shares in“Chornomorets.” In June, the arbitration administrator, Tetiana Kolmykova, had already put it up for auction with a starting price of 39,368,000 hryvnias. However, the auction did not take place.
