Six million were allocated from the city budget for road repairs

The administration of Korabelnyi district has announced a tender for the overhaul of the street's pavement. Almost six million hryvnias will be spent from the local budget.
This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.
The repairs are to be carried out on Chernyshevsky Street in the Korabelny district of the city. It is planned to spend 5 million 942 thousand 930 hryvnias.
The auction is scheduled to begin on September 6. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 59,429. No bid security is required. If a subcontractor is involved in the work, the winner must pay 20 percent of the contract value to the subcontractor.
Among other things, the contractor must provide a certificate of availability of the necessary equipment, material and technical facilities and technologies. For example, the bidder must confirm the availability of the following machines to perform the work: asphalt paver, motor grader, road roller, road milling machine, excavator and loader.
In total, the contractor has to repair 3,169 square meters. In addition to the repair work, the tender documents state that the winner must trim 19 trees that reach a height of more than 5 meters, remove 2 trees, and trim 27 bushes. They will also install 21 manholes and one road and one traffic sign each.
All works should be completed no later than December 31, 2024. The customer will make payment after acceptance of the works within ten days.
Currently, road repairs are planned not only in Korabelnyi district. The Ingul district administration has also planned road repairs and sidewalk improvements. They plan to spend more than three million hryvnias from the city budget.
And the Department of Housing and Communal Services decided to repair the road for more than eleven million budget hryvnias. The contractor will have to carry out the current repair of 7219 square meters of the road. All work should be completed by December 20, 2024.
