A former employee of the military registration and enlistment office, convicted of bribery, headed the pseudo-police of Beryslav district during the occupation and openly supported the "referendum". The SBU has served her with a notice of suspicion.

This is evidenced by the suspicion of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the SBU, in 2022, 40-year-old Anzhelika Osadcha headed the "police department" created by the occupiers in the Beryslav district of Kherson region. She publicly supported Russian aggression against Ukraine and urged local residents to participate in an illegal"referendum". The Security Service of Ukraine notified her in absentia of suspicion of committing two crimes.

In September 2022, she agitated her fellow countrymen to vote in the pseudo-referendum and gave interviews to Russian propagandists. In a conversation with them, Osadcha stated that she had voted for "a future with the Russian Federation," adding that this was something they had been seeking for a long time. Soon after, she left the area, which was later liberated from the occupiers.

She is charged with collaboration and justification of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (part 7 of article 111-1 and part 3 of article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanctions of the articles provide for 12 to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

According to the Myrotvorets center, Osadcha worked at the Beryslav district territorial center for recruitment and social support. Law enforcement officers exposed her for taking a bribe for granting a deferral from conscription.

As the Center for Investigative Journalism wrote, on September 26, 2017, the Beryslav District Court found her guilty of receiving an undue benefit and fined her UAH 17,000.

After fleeing the Beryslav district, the woman headed the department for interaction with evacuated citizens in the local occupation administration, and later held the position of deputy head of the personnel department of the same structure.

Her civilian husband, Serhii Kolb, born in 1988, also acted on the side of the occupiers. Before the full-scale invasion, he worked in the military registration and enlistment office and was responsible for recruiting units. During the occupation, according to the investigation, he participated in the abduction of civilians and torture.

In particular, he accompanied the Russian military during the abduction of Mykola Kurivchak, the head of the village of Zmiivka, on June 26, 2022. The victim told reporters that the occupiers were looking for ATO participants on lists, had a significant amount of military equipment in the village, and he was forced into a car and taken to an unknown destination.

Also in February, the court arrested the head of the sports department of the occupation administration in Kherson region. He organized sporting events and public events in support of Russia.
