The High Council of Justice has dismissed Nader Lima Mahdi, the chief judge of the Ananyiv District Court in Odesa Oblast. Previously, the judge had declared a cash gift of 750,000 hryvnias from her husband and purchased a Ford Mustang for the same amount.

According to the High Council of Justice, the judge resigned of her own accord.

The judge had been working at the Ananyiv District Court since 2017. From July 2021 to July 2022, she was on leave to care for a child who, according to a medical report, required home care.

Intent reviewed the judge’s annual financial disclosure and found that on December 10, 2025, she purchased a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E worth 750,000 hryvnias.

That same year, she received a cash gift from her husband in the exact same amount—750,000 hryvnias. The exact date of the gift is not specified in the declaration.

Lima Nader’s main source of income in 2025 was her salary from the Territorial Office of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in the Odesa region—1,196,853 hryvnias.

The judge and her family occupy a 63.9 m² apartment in Odesa. The property is owned by the judge’s husband, Dmytro Zabolotnyi—they purchased the apartment in 2016 for 1,190,000 hryvnias.

The family also uses, free of charge, a 55.9 m² apartment in Ananyev, which is owned by another person—Olga Dmytrienko.

The judge’s husband owns:

  • a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan;
  • a 2016 Adventure V-380 watercraft;
  • a 2018 Honda Clarity, purchased in September 2024 for 700,000 hryvnias.

The judge’s husband declared wages from the small private enterprise “Viola-3” in the amount of 198,000 hryvnias, as well as income from the sale of movable property to an individual in the amount of 697,000 hryvnias.

Neither the judge nor her family members declared any cash, securities, corporate rights, or financial obligations.
