In April-May 2026, the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast entered into a number of agreements for the purchase of anti-drone equipment and its own FPV drones. The total amount of purchases amounted to almost UAH 5.5 million.

This information was published in the Prozorro system.

The most expensive purchase was 150 FPV drones, for which the National Police spent UAH 3.225 million. The winner of the tender was Arsenal Trading and Industrial Company LLC.

Four companies took part in the tender. The cheapest offer - 2.325 million hryvnias - was submitted by Wyb House LLC, but it was rejected. The proposals of Well Engineering and AE Real Weeks were also rejected. As a result, the contract was signed with the highest bidder.

In addition to FPV drones, the Kherson police purchased anti-drone equipment worth more than UAH 2.19 million.

In particular, law enforcement officers purchased two sets of Spectrofy D UAV detection equipment for UAH 1.772 million. The supplier was MUDRO TEK LLC. The purchase was funded by a subvention from the budget of the Novokakhovka community.

The National Police also signed an agreement for the purchase of 20 sets of infantry net sets "Birdie" with a total value of UAH 302 thousand. The supplier was Oleksandr Savchyshyn, a Kyiv-based individual entrepreneur.

Separately, the police purchased four ZVOOK NWO acoustic sensors for detecting FPV drones for a total of over UAH 123 thousand. The sensors are based on artificial intelligence and can detect drones at a distance of up to 450 meters.

Part of the procurement was conducted without open bidding, citing the urgent need under martial law.

In 2025, the Main Department of the National Police in Kherson Oblast spent the most money on purchasing quadcopters and high-tech devices to help them work in the frontline region.
