Mykolaiv Deputy Council Chairman Andrii Dobrovolskyi Acquires 20 Hectares During War

Andrii Dobrovolskyi, deputy chairman of the Mykolaiv district council, bought the land during the war. In 2024, he bought 20 hectares.

The Center for Public Investigations learned this from the official's annual declaration.

According to the document, Dobrovolskyi's family owns several land plots in Mykolaiv region, in particular in the Bashtanka district. The largest of these is 19 hectares in the village of Lahodivka, which is leased from the Lahodivka farm. The official's wife, Oksana Dobrovolska, also owns two land plots: 2 hectares in Kazanka, acquired in 2005, and 6 hectares in the village of Novofedorivka, which she received in 2008.

In 2024, Andrii Dobrovolskyi purchased 20 hectares of land in the village of Yasnohorivka. He has also owned 10 hectares in this village since 2021 and another 10 hectares in the village of Mykolaivka.

The official jointly owns a 222.6-square-meter residential building in Mykolaiv with a 188-square-meter land plot with his wife. The property was purchased in 2019.

Andrii Dobrovolskyi also declared several vehicles. He owns a 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 car, which he purchased for 24 thousand hryvnias. He also has a Sabur 49 motorcycle from 2009.

The official's declaration lists a number of corporate rights, income and financial assets owned by him and his family members. Among the corporate rights owned by the official's wife, Oksana Dobrovolska, are shares in farms Anthea and Lahodivka, and their daughter Polina Dobrovolska owns 30% of the authorized capital of the farm D-A-V. This right was transferred to her for management.

In 2024, the deputy chairman of the Mykolaiv District Council earned UAH 455,733 at his main place of work. Additionally, he received UAH 33,382 from his part-time job at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University, UAH 64,948 in pensions, UAH 12,987 in income from property rental, and UAH 478,994 in subsidies from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. His wife declared an income of UAH 91,278, and his daughter received UAH 51,392 in scholarships.

Dobrovolsky keeps UAH 900,000 and USD 40,000 in cash, and another UAH 400,000 belongs to his wife. They also have bank accounts at PrivatBank and Bank Vostok, but the exact amounts are not disclosed.

The declaration also states that the official works part-time as an associate professor at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University.

It is worth noting that the Center for Public Investigations will continue to analyze the declarations of the deputies of the Mykolaiv Oblast District Council after they are published.

Ivan Kukhta, head of the Snihuriv MBA, declared several land plots, shares in companies, cars, and a significant amount of cash. In his new declaration, he specified his sources of income in detail. Meanwhile, Vyacheslav Bazarenko, deputy head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, declared an apartment and started receiving a pension. In addition, his children received social benefits for internally displaced persons.
