New rules for distance learning, assessment of deputies and more in the print issue of the Intent newspaper

The latest issue of the newspaper Intent for March-April 2025, founded by the Odesa regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, has been published.
The newspaperIntent is a printed version of the Intent publication, which collects the most important materials of recent times. The newspaper, which is distributed free of charge, traditionally offers its readers analytics, interviews and investigations. The new issue contains, among other things, twenty practical tips for communities for comprehensive, transparent, inclusive and virtuous recovery.
We also assessed the quality of work of deputies in regional centers: leaders, outsiders, and key trends in the fourth year of local councils' powers. Among other things, the work of the deputies of Odesa City Council was evaluated: 36 percent of the deputies received negative ratings.
The reader will find an interview with Serhiy Korovainyi, a documentary photojournalist who works with many international publications, mostly with The Wall Street Journal. In this interview, he reveals the secrets of his profession and explains why Ukrainian journalists cover much deeper topics in the war than foreign journalists.
Experts will reveal the intricacies of the new rules of distance learning: what will change from September 1. For example, the minimum number of students in a distance class is 20. However, school founders can reduce this number.

The requirements for filling remote classes do not apply to specialized and special education institutions.
