The Civil Network OPORA informs that on August 28, at its regular meeting, the Central Election Commission
- Took note of the list of district, city, district in cities, village, settlement councils of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, regular elections of deputies and respective village, settlement, city mayors of which have not been scheduled. In Donetsk region, there are 125 such councils (Resolution 189 http://goo.gl/LYdJ1x), in Luhansk region - 146 (Resolution 190 http://goo.gl/UnY8Lq);
- determined to separately consider the issue of impossibility of holding regular elections of deputies of certain district, city, district in cities, village, settlement councils of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the respective village, settlement, city mayors. The Commission's decision in this regard will be based on the submissions of the Donetsk and Luhansk regional military-civilian administrations;
- determined the amount of cash deposit for a candidate for the position of mayor, as well as for the electoral list of candidates for city council members in Volyn, Kirovohrad, Odesa, Poltava, Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi regions (Resolution 195 http://goo.gl/mqPTJg);
- announced the start of the electoral process for the first local elections in 74 united territorial communities of Volyn, Dnipropetrovs'k, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Odesa, Poltava, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi regions on September 5, 2015 (Resolution 193 http://goo.gl/U8VnC8);
- approved the Calendar Plan of Main Organizational Measures for the Preparation and Conduct of the First Elections of Deputies of Village, Township, and City Councils of Amalgamated Territorial Communities and the Relevant Village, Township, and City Mayors (Resolution 194 http://goo.gl/swiRBs);
- established the absence of legal grounds for announcing the start of the election process for the first elections of deputies of the Gostomel settlement and Bucha city councils of the amalgamated territorial communities and the Gostomel settlement and Bucha city mayors (Resolution 191 http://goo.gl/CbjvQb), as well as deputies of the Netishyn and Slavuta city councils of the amalgamated territorial communities and the Netishyn and Slavuta city mayors, respectively (Resolution 192 http://goo.gl/zwo37L);
- approved the Explanation on the Procedure for the Production of Ballots, their Transfer to the Relevant Territorial and Precinct Election Commissions, and established the forms of election documents for the transfer and acceptance of ballots (Resolution 197 http://goo.gl/552bdq);
- approved the Procedure for registration of official observers from foreign states and international organizations (Resolution 198 http://goo.gl/uhqcRx);
- submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers the Procedure for financing the production of voter lists and personalized invitations by the bodies maintaining the State Register of Voters (Resolution 199 http://goo.gl/pAKT38);
- amended the list of regular and special polling stations (Resolution 200 http://goo.gl/LEFdEy);
- amended the list of foreign polling stations (Resolution 201 http://goo.gl/210MDH);
- amended the list of single-member constituencies (Resolution 202 http://goo.gl/d0FpLV);
- instructed the bodies maintaining the State Voter Register to destroy unnecessary records in connection with the detection of cases of multiple inclusion of a voter in the voter register (Resolution 206 http://goo.gl/cnL3Xq).
