The Civil Network OPORA informs that on August 28, at its regular meeting, the Central Election Commission

Calendar of main events for the preparation and holding of regular elections of local councils' deputies and village, town and city mayors.

2015.09.05 Start of the election campaign.

2015.09.05-2015.09.06 The CEC forms the composition of election commissions.

2015.09.05-2015.09.16 Formation of single-mandate electoral districts.

2015.09.21 Nomination of candidates for deputies in a single-member constituency.

2015.09.05-2015.09.24 Approval of the form of ballot papers.

2015.09.24 End of nomination of candidates for deputies in single-member constituencies.

2015.09.05-2015.10.01 Registration of candidates for mayors and heads of district and village councils.

2015.10.01-2015.10.03 The CEC decides on the registration of parliamentary candidates included in party lists.

2015.10.01-2015.10.04 Election campaigning begins.

2015.09.05-2015.10.14 Precinct election commissions send voters personalized invitations to the election.

2015.10.23 Election campaigning ends.
