Yevhen Ihnatenko becomes the new deputy head of Kherson Regional Military Administration

The former head of the Shipping Administration, Yevhen Ihnatenko, has been appointed deputy head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

This was announced by the Permanent Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Taras Melnychuk .

The decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on August 20. Ihnatenko has experience in the maritime industry, in particular, he headed the State Service of Maritime and Inland Water Transport from December 2022 to February 2025. Earlier, from 2013 to 2017, he was the director of the shipping company Nibulon, and from 2017 - the commercial director of the company Green Shipping.

From the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion, Ihnatenko mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he served as a platoon commander of the 59th Brigade named after Yakov Handziuk. He took part in the liberation of Kherson and was awarded the Order of Merit, III class.

The traitor from Kherson deported the convicts to Russian prisons . During the pre-trial investigation, it was found that from October to November 2022, the suspect personally controlled the movement of prisoners in the building of the Northern Correctional Colony, seized by the occupiers. He announced the lists of convicts in the cells, forced them to go out into the yard, and monitored the loading of people into special vehicles for transportation to the occupied territories.

Nozdrina, a Crimean collaborator, headed Askania-Nova, which was captured by the occupiers. Olena Nozdrina has extensive experience of cooperation with the occupation authorities. After the annexation of Crimea, she worked in the illegal administration of Simferopol and the occupation Ministry of Property and Land Relations. She also participated in the illegal elections, working in the precinct election commission. The traitor has been working in the reserve for more than a year, where she initially came as a deputy director.
