Without an apartment and a car: Izmail judges elected their chairman

Judges of the Izmail City District Court of Odesa Oblast elected Oleksandr Burnusus as their chairman in the November 26 elections.

This was reported by the Judiciary portal.

According to the judge's declaration, he does not own any housing, but uses two apartments in Izmail with his family of 76.2 and 53.4 square meters, the latter being owned by his wife by a quarter. The judge does not have a car, and in 2023, his family's income was only his salary, totaling UAH 1 million 235 thousand 976. He also declared another 161,391 hryvnias as significant changes in his property status.

He keeps 18 thousand dollars and 60 thousand hryvnias in cash, and 32.5 thousand hryvnias in his wife's bank accounts.

On December 14, 2023, a meeting of judges of the Ivanivskyi District Court of Odesa Region was held, with the election of the court's chairman on the agenda.

According to the results of the secret ballot, the majority of the court judges elected Judge Igor Pogorelov as the Chairman of the Ivanivskyi District Court of Odesa Region for a three-year term starting from December 18, 2023.

On November 11, judges of the Yuzhne City Court of Odesa Oblast elected a new court president by secret ballot. The court is now headed by Serhiy Lemets.

In October, judges of the Bolhradsky District Court elected a new chairman. It was Alla Kravtsova, who replaced Svitlana Kodintseva.

In September, a new chairman of the Bilyaevsky district court was elected in Odesa region. It was Serhiy Dranikov.

Serhiy Dranikov was appointed by secret ballot to replace Olha Trushyna, who had been head of the Bilyayiv District Court since 2016.

Before that, judges of the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal, which operates in Odesa, elected a new chairman to replace Oleksandr Dzhaburia. Stepan Domuschi became the new head.

Prior to that, on September 16, judges of the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa elected a new chairman to replace Serhii Kichmarenko, and the deputy chairman ,Vadym Kovalenko, became the new chairman .
