An auction for the privatization of a veterinary hospital has been announced in Odesa region. The lot includes an administrative building, a cellar and a restroom.

This is evidenced by the auction data of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the sale of a veterinary hospital in the village of Baranove, Berezivskyi district, Odesa region. The building has an area of 83.8 square meters and was built in 1928.

The auction is scheduled to take place on January 6, 2026, and applications for participation are accepted until January 5. The starting price of the lot is UAH 258 thousand 899.

The property consists of a one-story office building, a small cellar, a restroom and a partially destroyed fence. The land plot under the building is not included in the sale - the new owner must register the rights to use the land in accordance with the law after the purchase.

The building is constructed of shell rock, has wooden attic ceilings, wood floors, and a roof of asbestos-cement corrugated sheets. The cellar is built with a stone vault, and the floor is clay. The restroom is small, 1.4 m² in size, with a brick foundation.

As of now, the property is not rented and is available for inspection on business days by prior arrangement. The buyer must also reimburse the cost of an independent appraisal of the property, which amounts to UAH 16 thousand.

Chernivtsi village council in Berezivskyi district of Odesa region has also put up for sale a non-residential building at 49 Tsentralna Street. This address in the village of Chernove is home to the Andriyevo-Ivanivsky Regional Lyceum. The starting price of the lot is almost UAH 7 million.

At the same time, the National Bank of Ukraine again failed to sell an integral property complex in Odesa at the 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, 34, with an area of 25,659.9 square meters. The complex consists of non-residential buildings and warehouse and administrative facilities and is located approximately 16 km from the city center.
