On October 6, at the age of 44, the heart of the editorial director of the Suspilne Kherson team stopped beating. Vasyl Rudakov.

This was reported by Suspilne.

Vasyl worked at Suspilne from the very beginning of its creation. He began his career at the regional state television and radio company, where he participated in the creation of such projects as Children's Universe, People and Fates, Topic of the Day, and others. After the transformation of the company, he worked in the Suspilne team on the "Today. Main'' project and edited creative essays and news stories.

The editor-in-chief of Suspilne Kherson Tetyana Yaremenko recalled his exceptional dedication to the work: "He was always very balanced and calm. During editing, he carefully selected video and music, could work around the clock... A professional with a capital P. This is how I will always remember him.

Ksenia Silina, the head of the editorial office, noted his personal qualities that helped him in his work: "His calmness and confidence were transmitted to others. Always collected, attentive, with a light smile. He often repeated: "Everything will be fine." Natalia Timofeeva, a line producer, noted that although Vasyl Rudakov was reserved, he put a piece of himself into every shot.

"For him, the words 'I can't' did not exist. He was constantly developing, striving for perfection. He was balanced, calm and dedicated to his work - that's how he will be remembered forever.

In March of this year, the branch's cameraman Volodymyr Chepynoha was injured in the suburbs of Kherson as a result of a Russian drone attack near his home, and in late September, Chief Engineer Vadym Khomenko was injured in Kherson by a Russian anti-personnel landmine called "Pelyustka".
