In 2024, Ukraine's restaurant and hotel business showed a 10% increase in revenue, reaching tens of billions of hryvnias. The leader was McDonald's, which continued to invest in the country, and Contract Prodreserve 5 and Puzata Khata were also among the leaders.

This is evidenced by the data of the Opendatabot monitoring service.

In 2024, the total revenue of restaurants and hotels included in the Opendatabot Index amounted to UAH 28.22 billion, which is 10% more than a year earlier. The top ten leaders include six restaurant chains, two ready-to-eat suppliers and two hotel operators.

McDonald's Ukraine was the best in terms of revenue and profit. The company increased its revenue by a third to UAH 16.84 billion, and its profit reached UAH 1.59 billion (+24%). McDonald's noted that during the full-scale war, they opened 23 new restaurants, invested more than UAH 3.2 billion and paid UAH 2.6 billion in taxes.

The second highest revenue earner was the newcomer to the ranking, Contract Prodreserve 5 from Dnipro region, which earned UAH 4.44 billion, increasing its profit 1.6 times to UAH 122.7 billion.

The third place was taken by Opercom, the operator of the Puzata Khata network. Revenue increased 1.5 times to 1.47 billion hryvnias, but the company ended the year with a loss of 37.4 million hryvnias.

Three companies in the ranking operate under the KFC brand:

Seventh and eighth place went to hotel operators Parktour (Bukovel) and International Business Center (Hilton Kyiv). Although both showed an increase in revenue (by 31% and 27%, respectively), profits plummeted: Parktour earned half as much, and Hilton suffered a loss of UAH 169 million.

The ninth place goes to Atomservice, which has significantly reduced its revenues and profits, and the top ten is closed by Domino's Pizza Ukraine, which has halved its losses amid a 1.5-fold increase in revenues.

Also in 2025, the total revenue of Ukraine's leading IT companies exceeded UAH 56 billion. Despite the positive dynamics, the annual growth was minimal - only 1%. American companies have secured leadership in the industry, with GlobalLogic Ukraine taking the top spot for the first time.

In addition, the country's largest medical companies also demonstrated growth. The total revenue of the top 10 players in the healthcare sector in 2025 amounted to UAH 14.59 billion, which is 36.7% more than a year earlier. The rating includes four chains of medical centers and six chains of diagnostic laboratories.
