According to the project description in the state digital ecosystem Dream, the construction of this facility will ensure that the educational process is conducted offline. The goal of this project is to provide safe and quality schooling conditions.

General construction works, water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation, electrical solutions, and fire alarm installation are planned.

Construction should be completed by December 31, 2025.

Mykolaiv also decided to reconstruct a music school for children. Eight million has already been allocated from the city budget. In total, the city plans to raise more than UAH 23 million for the reconstruction. The corresponding tender was held in 2020 without a competitive procedure. But during 2020-2021, the agreement was constantly amended, then the company was paid about UAH 3 million and the contract expired.

In addition, the reconstruction of the basement to shelter the lyceum was given to a company that constantly receives contracts from city council departments and offices. There was only one bidder at the auction, and the contract was awarded to him. It is planned to reconstruct a part of the basement of Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 3 of Mykolaiv City Council to accommodate a civil defense shelter.
