The Russians struck a hotel in the Odesa region

In Chornomorsk, in the Odesa region, a local hotel was damaged as a result of an enemy strike. According to witnesses, there are casualties inside the building; several people were carried out of the damaged building unconscious.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Odesa Oblast.

Information regarding the number of casualties and their condition is still being verified.

<span><span><span><span><span><span>According to the State Emergency Service,</span></span></span></span></span></span>a residential building<span><span><span><span><span><span>in the city</span></span></span></span></span></span>was<span><span><span><span><span><span>also</span></span></span></span></span></span>destroyed, three others were damaged, and a gas pipe was damaged, leading to a fire in one of the buildings. Five people were injured, including four children.

A high-rise residential building in Odesa was damaged as a result of a nighttime attack by Russian forces. As of now, 17 people are known to have been injured, including a five-month-old infant. Emergency services are working at the site of the strike, and operational headquarters have been set up to assist those affected.

The upper floors of the high-rise residential building were completely destroyed by the strike. The shock wave damaged neighboring residential buildings and a low-pressure gas pipeline.

At another location in the city, three more residential buildings were damaged—one of which was completely destroyed—along with a gas pipeline. 

Earlier, on September 9, two civilians were killed and three were wounded as a result of a nighttime attack by enemy drones on the“Starokozache” international border crossing on the border with Moldova. Rescue workers evacuated another 16 people by bus to a safe distance. 

On the night of September 8, Russian forces struck the“7th Kilometer” market in the suburbs of Odesa. A 58-year-old security guard and two other men, born in 1972 and 1978, were injured in the attack. Market pavilions were also damaged.
