The corresponding order has been published on the Odessa City Council website.

He was dismissed on July 28, 2026, by mutual agreement. The basis for the dismissal was a statement submitted by Tykhovsky himself.

He is also to receive monetary compensation for 26 days of unused annual leave—for the period from November 11, 2025, to July 28, 2026.

Earlier, Intent had contacted the Odessa City Council regarding Tykhovsky’s possible dismissal.
