The Odesa region ranked second in terms of the number of companies with Bulgarian owners

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The Dnister Wind Farm generates the highest revenue among Bulgarian-owned entities in the Odesa region. In 2025, its revenue stood at 1.56 billion hryvnias. To optimize revenue and ensure financial stability, the Dnister Wind Farm signed its first commercial contract for a difference in prices (CfD) in early 2025 to supply electricity directly to an industrial consumer. The facility’s total capacity is 100 MW.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>In total, there are 256 companies across Ukraine with Bulgarian beneficiaries. In 2025, they generated 24.72 billion hryvnias in combined revenue—6% less than the previous year—with one in six of them (46 companies) earning more than 100 million hryvnias annually.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Most often, companies with Bulgarian owners operate in the wholesale trade sector—53 businesses. Another 42 companies are involved in electricity and gas supply, and 29 in real estate operations.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

Earlier, it was reported that only five new companies were registered in the Kherson region during the first half of 2026. Only the Donetsk and Luhansk regions rank lower in the list, having recorded decreases of 157 and 73 companies, respectively. 

During thisperiod, 680 new companies were registered in the Odesa region, and 258 in the Mykolaiv region.
