The mayor of Chornomorsk has more bank accounts and less cash in his savings

In 2025, the amount of money kept by Chornomorsk Mayor Vasyl Huliayev in the only bank account listed in his declaration increased to UAH 138,161.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, this is evidenced by the mayor's financial report published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

In the declaration for 2024, the mayor's accounts showed 77,321 hryvnias. At the same time, the mayor's cash hryvnia decreased from UAH 1 million 940 thousand in 2024 to UAH 1 million 890 thousand in 2025. The mayor's foreign currency cash and gold savings remained unchanged - 67 thousand US dollars, 49 thousand euros and 230 thousand hryvnias worth of gold.

The mayor's income in 2025 was as follows: UAH 1 million 83.9 thousand in salary, UAH 180 thousand in pension, UAH 2 thousand 439 in additional benefits, and UAH 3 thousand in bank interest. In the income column, he also declared alimony to his three daughters in the amount of UAH 169.95 each.

As for the real estate, the mayor's declaration includes only land and a house in Molodizhne, which were rented in 2023:

• A rented apartment in Spain, where Vasyl Huliayev's daughters are listed as tenants.
• An apartment in Chornomorsk with an area of 150.3 square meters, which he acquired in 2023.
• Two non-residential premises in the same city with an area of 139.6 and 74.7 square meters, which also became the property of the mayor the year before last.
• Two land plots of one hectare and six acres in Molodizhne.
• An apartment of 51.3 square meters in Chornomorsk.

The mayor's only vehicles are a 1961 GAZ and a 2013 Volkswagen Multivan. The mayor also has a Breguet watch.

Earlier, former Odesa mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov filed an electronic asset declaration as mayor. Konstantin Talalayev 's declaration for 2025 showed the financial picture of his family - from salaries and business income to real estate and bank accounts. Particular attention is drawn to a large cash gift and a number of loans accompanying these assets.
