Arkady Mkrtichyan, acting chairman of the Odesa Regional Council, reported the sale of a car for 230,000 hryvnias. On the same day, he used the proceeds to purchase another car.

According to the document, on August 4, 2026, Mkrtichyan sold a car for 230,000 hryvnias. The buyer is listed as Denys Tkachuk. On the same day, the official completed the purchase of another car, spending the same amount—230,000 hryvnias.
The report on changes in his financial status does not specify which car was sold. At the same time, the 2025 declaration indicates that on December 10 of last year, Mkrtichyan purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan for 370,800 hryvnias. The declaration also states that the official’s wife owns a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander.
In addition to vehicles, the 2025 declaration states that the official owns a 1,000-square-meter plot of land in the village of Nova Dofinivka and a 111.2-square-meter apartment in Odesa, purchased in 2020 for 1.56 million hryvnias.
The declaration also includes information about the family’s corporate holdings. He is a member of the civic organization “Odesytsi” and the charitable organization “Charitable Foundation ‘Guardians of the South,’” and his wife owns 11.11% of the private company “Artek.”
Over the past year, Arkady Mkrtichyan received 513,900 hryvnias in salary from the Odesa District Council. His wife, Marine Mkrtichyan, reported 3.83 million hryvnias in income from business activities. The official held $27,657 in cash, while his wife held $73,314.
