The government has added the "Mykolaiv" Industrial Park to the state registry. This will make it possible to attract more than 143 million hryvnias in investments for the development of its infrastructure.
This was reported by the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine.
The project will be implemented in the Mishkovo-Pogorilivska community. The plan is to create more than 2,400 new jobs there.
Priority sectors will include mechanical engineering—specifically instrument manufacturing—as well as the production of electrical equipment and vehicle components. The park will also manufacture finished metal products, plastics, and food products, and will develop alternative energy sources.

The initiative was launched by “Mykolaiv Industrial Park” LLC. More than 143 million hryvnias are planned to be allocated for the development and equipping of the “Mykolaiv” site. These funds will consist of the initiator’s own investments, government incentives, investments from future participants, and other sources.
An industrial park is a specially developed plot of land with utility connections and ready-to-use infrastructure, provided to businesses for the establishment of production facilities, warehouses, and research and development centers. Thanks to their inclusion in the state registry, participants in such parks receive tax and customs benefits, simplified land lease terms, and the opportunity to secure non-repayable state funding for network development.
Currently, there are 130 registered industrial parks in Ukraine, located in nearly all regions.
