The enemy launched ballistic missile strikes on Mykolaiv and attacked 45 settlements in the Kherson region

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops launched a ballistic strike on Mykolaiv and attacked 45 settlements in the Kherson region. One person was killed and 20 others were wounded as a result of the enemy shelling.

According to the Kherson Regional State Administration, from July 22 to 23, 45 settlements in the Kherson region, including the regional capital, were subjected to enemy airstrikes, drone attacks, and artillery shelling.

Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods in the region’s settlements. In particular, three high-rise buildings and 28 private homes were damaged.

As a result of the Russian aggression, one person was killed, and another 20 residents of the region were wounded.

In the Mykolaiv region, according to Regional Military Administration Head Georgy Reshetilov, the region was also under attack by Russian forces over the past 24 hours. Overnight, the enemy attacked the regionwith “Shahed” drones. According to preliminary data, there was no damage or casualties.

In addition, on the evening of July 22, Russian forces launched what is believed to have been a ballistic missile strike on the Mykolaiv district. No one was injured as a result of the attack.

Also over the past 24 hours, the occupiers attacked the Ochakiv community four times with FPV drones. There were no casualties in these attacks.

Accordingto Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration, the enemy also attacked Odesa for most of the night. Despite the strikes, there were no casualties. However, infrastructure in the city was damaged, along with several cars, an office building, and the windows of private homes.

The night before, a Russian strike drone hit a two-story residential building in the Odesa region, killing a woman.

The death toll rose to four following the strike on Odesa on July 21. On that occasion, the Russians struck the city centerwith a “Shahed” missile.
