Anna Medynska has stepped down as director of the Odesa municipal enterprise "Pravo." She had headed the organization for less than a month.

The corresponding order was published on the Odessa City Council’s website.

The reason for her dismissal was Anna Medynska’s resignation. The employment contract was terminated by mutual agreement.

Anna Medynska was appointed director of the municipal enterprise “Pravo”—which, among other things, organizes state registration of marriages at the Wedding Palace—on September 1.

Prior to that, she served as deputy head of the Primorsky Department of Civil Status Registration. According to her 2025 financial disclosure statement, Anna Medynska has a husband and five children—daughters Svitlana, Mariana, and Ulyana, and sons Mykhailo and Vadym.

She owns two apartments in Odesa. The first has an area of 55.3 square meters. She acquired it in May 2011; its value at the time of acquisition was 64,968 hryvnias. The second apartment, with an area of 34.6 square meters, was purchased in November 2020 for 250,041 hryvnia.

Previously, Oleksiy Martynyuk served as the acting director of the municipal enterprise “Pravo.”

The municipal enterprise “Pravo” also handles issues related to the reservation, verification, and confirmation of addresses for real estate properties in Odesa. The enterprise implements the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine’s “Marriage in a Day” project and organizes state registration of marriages at the Wedding Palace.
