The construction of a residential complex on Starosinnaya Street in Odessa has been approved

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The State Architectural and Construction Control (DABK) Commission has issued a favorable expert report on the construction of a new building at 1-A Starosinnaya Street in Odesa. The project calls for two residential complexes equipped with security infrastructure. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>This was announced by the department head, Oleksandr Avdeev.</span></span></span></span></span></span>


<span><span><span><span><span><span>According to the project, the following is planned for the site:</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>At the basement level of two sections, a dual-purpose structure with radiation shelter capabilities is planned. It will have two separate, dispersed entrances and two emergency exits. Access to the shelter for people with limited mobility will be provided by elevators</span></span></span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span><span><span>. To ensure reliability, a backup power supply from a diesel power plant is provided for certain loads in the residential sections, the underground parking garage, and the shelter.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Entry to and exit from the residential complex’s grounds will be via Oleksandriyskyi Lane. Entrances and exits to the underground parking garage will be located on Starosinnaya Street and Khalaydzhoglo Lane.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The project also includes landscaping of the surrounding area, the development of playgrounds, access roads for fire trucks, and an underground parking garage for long-term vehicle storage.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The developer is Sservisproavto LLC. The company holds the right to use the land plot under a lease agreement.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

Previously,<span><span><span><span><span><span>the Odesa region ranked among the top three regions in Ukraine in terms of the number of new construction projects,</span></span></span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span><span><span>accounting for</span></span></span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span><span><span>10</span></span></span></span></span></span>.<span><span><span><span><span><span>9%</span></span></span></span></span></span> of the total. Only the Kyiv region (excluding Kyiv) (21.3%) and the capital itself (11.2%) rank higher.
