The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a warehouse containing logistical supplies belonging to the Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The strike was carried out over the past 24 hours and during the night of August 31.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the depot is located in Kir-Bailar in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.
Meanwhile, a monitoring group from the Telegram channel “Crimean Wind” reported a large fire at a military airfield in Dzhankoy. According to the group, satellite images captured the fire as early as the afternoon of August 30, but it only appeared in the NASA FIRMS system that night.
As “Crimean Wind” notes, the fire may have spread to a vehicle fleet, a fuel and lubricants warehouse, and a nearby electrical substation. There is currently no separate confirmation of this information from the Ukrainian General Staff.
In addition to targets in Crimea, the Defense Forces struck a Russian military radar station in Desnyansky, Bryansk Oblast, Russia, and a command-and-control vehicle belonging to the S-400“Triumph” air defense system near Ploskobukreivka.
Also targeted were an enemy communications hub in Zimovny, Belgorod Oblast, Russian Federation; a UAV control post in the Huliaipole area of the Zaporizhzhia region, and logistics depots in Verkhnokamyanka, Luhansk region, and Popovo-Lezhachy, Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
Recently, in Krasnosilsk in the temporarily occupied Crimea, defense forces struck a Russian military logistics depot.
