State-owned Ukreximbank, one of the country's three largest financial institutions, has put up for sale a building with a total area of more than 2,000 square meters and a 53-square-meter garage in the city of Izmail, Odesa region.

The announcement was published on Prozorro.Sale.

The starting price is UAH 33 million 58 thousand. The lot also includes 327 units of movable property. The asset is located in the city center, two blocks from Nezalezhnosti Avenue, on a land plot with the designated purpose of construction and maintenance of buildings of financial institutions. Ukreximbank has a state act for the right to permanent use of the land plot. The overall technical condition of the premises is assessed as satisfactory and suitable for operation. The auction in the format of a three-round English auction is scheduled for July 3.

This is not the bank's first attempt to sell the premises. In February, it was put up for auction with the same starting price. The auction was scheduled for March 23, but failed to take place due to the absence of bidders.

In January 2026, state-owned Ukreximbank, one of the country's three largest financial institutions, announced a large-scale reorganization of its regional presence. It also emphasized that the network reduction was not due to financial problems, but to a change in the management model. According to the NBU, as of the end of 2025, Ukreximbank was the third largest bank in the country with assets of over UAH 287 billion. For 11 months of the last year, the bank made a net profit of UAH 8.5 billion.

In the fall of 2025, Ukreximbank closed its branch in Izmail and 11 other branches across the country. This was done as part of the digital transformation strategy, which involves a gradual reduction of physical branches and an emphasis on remote service channels.
