No takers found in Odesa to buy state-owned enterprise with ships for 34 million

The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions failed to sell the only property complex of the state enterprise Prychornomorskoye State Regional Geological Enterprise.

The auction was canceled due to the lack of bidders.

The starting price of the auction was UAH 34 million 349.3 thousand. The object of privatization included assets and liabilities of the State Enterprise "Black Sea State Regional Geological Enterprise".

The real estate of the privatization object is located at the following addresses:

• 1 Inglesi Street, Odesa, namely: laboratory building, KTP, chamber building, garage, mechanical workshop, carpentry shop, cement warehouse, logistics warehouse, core drying room, sheds, fence, 1-7, pavement I, fire reservoir II, overpass III, artesian well, IV, as well as engineering structures and communications: water supply, 10kV low-voltage power line, external heat supply networks (heating main), external sewerage, stele.1
• Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, 1b Molodizhna St.: administrative building, machine shop, carpentry shop, warehouse, entrance hall, warehouse, gate, No. 1, fence, No. 2, overpass, No. 3, sewer No. 7; water supply No. 8, paving I. The administrative building houses a warehouse for property storage - a dual-purpose building with protective properties of a radiation shelter with a total area of 103.4 square meters, which is not subject to privatization.
• Burlacha Balka village, 99 Tsentralna Street: administrative building, utility room, three metal containers, restroom, gates No. 1, 2, fence No. 3, CTP No. 4.

The movable property includes: 30 units of vehicles - drilling rigs, mobile homes, cars, a minibus, semi-trailers, loading platforms, four units of watercraft - three research vessels and a transport pontoon, as well as 204 units of equipment - a drilling complex, navigation equipment, submersible pumps, screw pumps, radio equipment, and subsea equipment.
