Some consumers in Mykolaiv region will be left without gas for 10 days

In Mykolaiv region, some consumers will be temporarily left without gas supply due to scheduled repairs and preparation of the gas distribution system for the next heating season.

According to the Mykolaiv branch of Gazmerezha, from 08:00 on June 8 to 16:00 on June 18, gas supply will be suspended in the village of Oleksandrivka, Bashtanka district.

The company noted that the work is being carried out to ensure the proper technical condition of the networks and safe supply of natural gas to consumers. Gas supply will be resumed as soon as the planned works are completed.

Residents are asked to turn off the taps in front of gas appliances and provide access to the equipment for gas service workers to carry out the necessary work and subsequently resume gas supply.

The Voznesensk City Council also announced a temporary suspension of natural gas distribution.

According to the Mykolaiv branch of Gazmerezha, from 09:00 on June 8, due to measures to reduce losses at the Voznesensk-1 gas distribution station and prepare for the 2026-2027 heating season, consumers on Cheremshynova, Potebnya Oleksandr, Popovycha, Parkova, Yutsevych Omelyana, Mykolaiv, Mykolaichuk Ivan, Plodova and Blagovisna streets will be temporarily left without gas.

The gas company emphasizes that for the safe resumption of gas supply, it is necessary to have residents in their homes and apartments during the start-up work.

Earlier, temporary power outages were planned in Mykolaiv region on May 11 due to repair, reconstruction and maintenance of power grids. Residents of a number of settlements and districts in the region will be temporarily left without electricity.

Recently, Mykolaiv region was again attacked by enemy drones of the Shahed type. The main target of the enemy was the region' s energy infrastructure.
