Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have bombed settlements in the Kherson region from the air, launched drone attacks, and fired artillery. Six people were injured as a result of the Russian aggression.

This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

According to the Regional Military Administration, Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas in the region’s towns and villages. The attacks damaged a high-rise building, nine private homes, agricultural equipment, and vehicles.

Separately, Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, reported an attack on employees of one of the city council’s utility companies. Around 1:00 p.m., Russian troops struck utility workers with a drone while they were performing maintenance work in the Korabelny district. A 39-year-old man was injured, and one of the company’s vehicles was damaged. He is one of six people injured over the past 24 hours.

Yaroslav Shanko emphasized that due to constant Russian attacks, the work of utility workers in Kherson involves danger and heightened risks to life and health.

In addition, seven people were evacuated from liberated communities in the Kherson region over the past day.

The Regional Military Administration reminded residents that those wishing to relocate to safer areas can contact the regional contact center.
