The SBU CI detained a woman in Chernihiv region who is suspected of coordinating air attacks on Kyiv's energy infrastructure and spying on the movement of the Defense Forces, and later came to Odesa to spy on the railroad.

According to the SBU press service, among the main tasks of this suspect was to find and transmit photos, videos, and coordinates of the capital's thermal power plants, which were being used by the Nazis to prepare a new series of missile and drone strikes.

According to the investigation, the FSB's task was carried out by a resident of Rivne region, who came to the attention of the occupiers when she was looking for easy money on Telegram channels. After being recruited, the woman was sent to Kyiv region, where she visited local heating and power plants and recorded their technical condition after regular attacks by Russian Federation.

Subsequently, the defendant received another task: to travel to Odesa and then Chernihiv regions to monitor the movement of echelons and columns of the Defense Forces. To collect intelligence on Odesa region, she first settled in a hotel room overlooking the local Ukrzaliznytsia station. From the window of the room, the agent watched the movement of trains with military equipment towards the front.

Then the suspect came to Chernihiv region and rented an apartment near the highway. She installed a phone camera with a remote access function for the FSB on the windowsill of the temporary apartment.

With the help of the video device, the Russian special service hoped to track the number and types of military equipment heading to the front line. SBU CI officers detained the agent in Chernihiv region. SBU seized two smartphones, SIM cards and other evidence of her work for the enemy.

The offender is in custody without the right to be released on bail. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property if found guilty of high treason.
