Russian troops attacked the Kherson region with drones, aircraft and artillery throughout the day. Dozens of settlements were hit, and four local residents were injured in the shelling.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson regional military administration , Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, on April 27-28, Beryslav, Antonivka, Stanislav, Komyshany, Bilozerka, Zmiivka, Zolota Balka, Lvovo, Mykilske, as well as the city of Kherson and other localities in the region were shelled.
The Russian military targeted social infrastructure and residential areas. The attacks damaged a multi-storey building, two private houses and a shop.
Four people were injured in the shelling.
According to Prokudin, two residents were evacuated from the de-occupied communities.
Yaroslav Shanko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, reported on the situation separately. According to him, five settlements of the Kherson community - Kherson, Antonivka, Sadove, Komyshany and Prydniprovske - came under attack during the day.

Earlier, the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Kherson came under attack. Along with the church, the shelling hit residential buildings and infrastructure, turning another day into a chain of destruction and tragedies for civilians.
The day before, an enemy attack damaged a multi-storey building, two private households, a warehouse, a farm, a gas station, a cell tower, a truck and private cars. Seven people were injured as a result of the Russian aggression.
