Russians drop explosives from drones on civilian cars: there are dead and wounded in Kherson region

On January 8, Russian troops attacked civilian transport in the Kherson region with drones, killing two people and injuring five others.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

According to them, at about 10:00 a.m., a drone dropped explosives on a minibus near the village of Naddnipryanske. The attack killed a 70-year-old man and hospitalized a 57-year-old passenger with serious injuries. He was diagnosed with concussion, head injury and a broken arm.

Also today, drones attacked two streets in Beryslav. A local resident was killed (according to the JAC, he was 40 years old, according to the prosecutor's office - 52). Four local residents were also injured.

At 12:00 in the Korabelny district of Kherson, a drone dropped explosives on a civilian car. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Prosecutors together with investigators are documenting the crimes committed by the Russian military.

Roman Mrochko, the head of the MIA, added that due to the increased hostile activity in Kherson, public transport connections with the villages of Naddnipryanske, Molodizhne, and Inzhenerne were suspended.

On the morning of January 7, an enemy drone attacked the village of Naddnipryanske, dropping explosives, killing a 62-year-old local resident. Also, the body of a 48-year-old woman was found near the cemetery in Bilozerka. According to preliminary data, she died on January 5 as a result of a drone attack.

Earlier, Intent wrote that as a result of a Russian drone attack on a bus in Kherson, an ecologist of the city council Volodymyr Shum was killed. Another 9 people were injured. It happened on January 6.

On January 1, Russian shelling claimed the life of Pavlo Matviyets, a volunteer with the NGO Strong and Free. He was only 23 years old.

Earlier, volunteer Rimma Baranenko was killed in Kherson. She was among the passengers of a bus on which Russian terrorists dropped explosives from a drone in the morning.‍
