Russian troops vandalized a museum in the Kherson region

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have carried out massive shelling of the Kherson region. The occupiers damaged critical infrastructure, residential buildings, and cultural sites, including a local museum and a Catholic church. 

This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration. 

In total, two high-rise buildings and six private homes were damaged, along with a church, a museum, a restaurant, a bank, an administrative building, a supermarket, a gas pipeline, a minibus, and private cars.

As a result of the enemy attacks, seven civilians sustained injuries of varying severity.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, nine people were evacuated yesterday from liberated communities in the region. 

As reported by Intent, on September 20, three people were killed and nine others were injured—including a child—in the Kherson region as a result of Russian attacks. According to the Regional Military Administration, between 6:00 a.m. on September 19 and 6:00 a.m. on September 20, Kherson and more than 40 settlements in the region came under enemy fire.

The occupiers targeted critical and social infrastructure as well as residential neighborhoods. A high-rise building and 16 private homes, a gas station, a monastery, a farm building, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles were damaged.

On September 14, a Russian drone attacked an ambulance in Kherson. Among those wounded were the driver, a paramedic, and a patient in the ambulance, as well as a nurse from one of the city’s hospitals.
