Russian Military Drone Attacks in Kherson Injure 10, Including Child

Yesterday, on March 1, the Russian military again attacked residential areas of the region's settlements. As a result of Russian aggression, 10 people were injured, including 1 child.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the Russian military attacked social infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements, in particular, damaging a high-rise building and 13 private houses. The occupants also damaged a gas pipe, garages, buses and private cars.

"During a nighttime drone attack, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 3Shahed-131/136 over the territory of our region," the official added.

Antonivka, Komyshany, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Zelenivka, Naddnipryanske, Bilozerka, Veletynske, Nadezhdivka, Stanislav, Darivka, Beryslav, Novoraysk, Chervony Mayak, Sablukivka, Kachkarivka came under enemy fire and air strikes, Osokorivka, Mykhaylivka, Kozatske, Blahovishchenske, Vesele, Havrylivka, Dniprovske, Zmiivka, Ivanivka, Kizomys, Lvov, Mykolayivka, Novotyanka, Poniativka, Sofiyivka, Tokarivka, Chornobaivka, Shyroka Balka, Yantarne, and the city of Kherson.

An 86-year-old resident of Antonivka came under artillery fire at night. She sustained mine-blast and craniocerebral injuries, shrapnel wounds to her legs and abrasions to her face. A 56-year-old man was injured in a hostile drone attack. Doctors diagnosed him with an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to his legs. At about six in the morning, the occupiers dropped explosives from a UAV on a civilian car. As a result of the impact, the 74-year-old man received shrapnel wounds to his arms and abrasions to his face. At about nine in the morning, the occupiers attacked Antonivka residents again with a UAV. As a result of the explosion, two people were injured - a 41-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman. They sustained mine-blast traumas and shrapnel wounds to their legs.

In the afternoon, the Russian military attacked Dariivka from a UAV. An 11-year-old child was injured as a result of the drone's explosive drop. An ambulance team took her to the hospital. Doctors diagnosed a head injury, contusion, and shrapnel wounds to the face and abdomen. The child's condition is serious. Doctors are doing everything possible to save him.

A resident of Kherson came under attack from an enemy drone in Dniprovsky district. The 60-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to her thigh. At about 12:20, the occupants dropped explosives from a drone on another resident of Kherson. A 39-year-old man was injured. He sustained blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his back and legs. in the afternoon, another local resident was hit by an enemy drone in Dariivka. A 48-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to her arm as a result of the UAV's explosive drop. In the evening, around 21:15, residents of Antonivka came under attack from an enemy UAV. A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital in serious condition. He received an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to the head and shoulder. A 45-year-old woman was diagnosed with blast trauma and contusion.

In the morning, on March 2, Prokudin said that doctors were unable to save a 65-year-old woman who was hit by a Russian UAV in Antonivka yesterday morning.

"Doctors fought for her life to the last, but her wounds were too severe," he said.

Yesterday, on March 1, the occupants dropped explosives on a civilian car in Kherson region. Three residents of the region were wounded.
