At night, the Russians once again massively attacked Odesa district with attack drones and damaged civilian and energy infrastructure.
According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, two residents of the city were injured - one person was hospitalized and another was treated on the spot.
At least five private houses, a four-apartment building, several garages and cars caught fire and were damaged by the enemy's attacks. A lyceum in the town was partially destroyed, and the warehouses of an energy company were also damaged.
Rescuers have extinguished all the fires. All relevant services are working on the ground. Law enforcement officers are recording yet another Russian war crime against the civilian population of Odesa region. In turn, the State Emergency Service clarified that two private houses and three cars were destroyed on one of the city's streets, followed by a fire. Eight more neighboring houses, garages and a gas pipe were damaged.
At another location, a private house was destroyed as a result of a hit. A fire broke out over an area of 100 square meters. One person was injured in the fire. Rescuers also recorded damage to a warehouse building and a fire at an energy infrastructure facility. The lyceum building was damaged on the second floor, but there were no fires or injuries. Also in Odesa district, the wall and roof of a private two-story house were damaged, and a second person was injured.
On the night of February 21, the enemy attacked Ukraine with one Iskander-M ballistic missile, as well as 120 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmass, and other types of attack drones. According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 a.m., the air defense neutralized 106 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country. A ballistic missile and 13 strike UAVs were recorded at 11 locations, and downed (wreckage) at eight locations.
