Russian attack in Odesa sets cars on fire in parking lot and injures a man

One person was injured and a fire broke out in Odesa as a result of the attack on the city by Russian drones.

This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Odesa Oblast.

According to the State Emergency Service, cars were burning in a parking lot. Windows in a high-rise building were also smashed and a store was damaged.

Earlier, a woman was killed in a nighttime attack by Russian unmanned aerial vehicles on July 18 in Odesa. The attack also caused a fire to break out on the 6th to 9th floors of a 9-story residential building. The fire was extinguished by rescuers and volunteers. Five people were rescued from the burning apartments, unfortunately, one rescued woman died. Pets were also evacuated from the damaged apartments.

Also, the State Emergency Service in Odesa region reported 11 injuries as a result of a Russian drone attack on Odesa on July 11.

The strike started a fire, damaging a service station building, residential buildings, and a stable. 1 animal was killed. The former head of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Council, Hryhorii Melnychenko, who was driving in the center of Odesa at the time of the attack, also sustained minor damage to his car and ear.

Debris from one of the drones used by Russians to shell Odesa on July 3 damaged the building of the Chinese consulate in the city.

On July 3, Russian troops attacked Odesa, injuring five people, including two children aged 7 and 9. A residential high-rise building was damaged, with more than 40 apartments affected. The enemy struck a residential area, partially destroying an apartment building and other civilian infrastructure.
