The Kherson Regional Emergency Rescue Service works daily to deal with the consequences of the shelling. They are engaged in emergency repairs. During their work, they have covered about 95,000 windows and 85,000 square meters of destroyed roofs. Such services operate in every community, said the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

Prokudin also noted that since May 2023, the state program EuRestoration has been implemented in the region. During this time, almost UAH 2.8 billion in compensation has been accrued. The assistance was provided to 6,500 owners of damaged or destroyed housing.

And with the support of the "Side by Side" initiative and international partners, almost 6,000 houses damaged by enemy shelling have been restored in Kherson Oblast.
