Rural lyceum in Odesa region did not want to buy at a discount

Chernivtsi village council in Berezivskyi district of Odesa region failed to sell a non-residential building at 49 Tsentralna Street for the second time.

At 49 Tsentralna Street in the village of Chernove, there is a municipal institution, the Andriyevo-Ivanivsky Regional Lyceum. The auction did not take place due to the lack of bidders. The first auction was scheduled for January 22 with a starting price of UAH 6 million 915.2 thousand, but there were no bidders.

Forthe second time, the building was put up for sale with a starting price of UAH 3 million 457.6 thousand and the auction was scheduled for February 2.

This is a privatization:

• the main educational building built in 1973 with an area of 957.8 square meters;
• a wooden gazebo, built in 1982;
• a two-storydormitory, built in 1982, with a total area of 1002.6 square meters;
• basement, year of construction 1951, total area 86 square meters;
• toilet, built in 1966, total area - 24 square meters;
• a stone toilet, built in 1978, with a total area of 28.3 square meters;
• iron fence, year of construction 1989, length - 112 meters;
• drinking water pool, built in 1982, with a volume of 3 cubic meters;
• fire ponds No. 2 and No. 3, both built in 1988, with a volume of 12 cubic meters.

Also in Odesa, the private joint-stock company Kyivmiskbud Holding Company has put up for sale a restaurant and fitness center in a building at 77-A Fontanska Road. The starting price for the restaurant with an area of 2,606 square meters is UAH 82.4 million, and the starting price for the fitness center with a total area of 1,339.1 square meters is UAH 56 million 242.2 thousand.
